Doula Services

For all of my HypnoBirthing® students who are interested in additional birth support, I offer my services as a professional birth companion (doula). A doula is your advocate in the medical world. As a doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their partners during labor and birth. I can help you to avoid unnecessary, invasive medical interventions when circumstances are appropriate and help you to create the birth you want. I empower you to make good birth choices and keep your birthing atmosphere relaxed and calm. Dads and other birth companions also benefit from doula support, because a doula encourages them to be completely present with you without fear or anxiety about your birth process. Parents who hire doula support report more satisfaction with their birthing experiences as well as shorter and more comfortable labors. I take great joy in assisting my HypnoBirthing® students during their births, and I am happy to join you for your birth experience.
